As soon as you receive your shipment, we recommend you:
- Carefully inspect the contents for any physical defects or shipping damage
- Verify that you received the correct products
- Damaged products are required to be reported within 24 hrs of the delivery date to receive a replacement.
There may be a slight difference between Web Mockup and Product You receive. Product Description and size guideline is mentioned on the website. Read it carefully before ordering.
Refunds and Replacement:
- Damaged Products: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you receive a product that is damaged, please contact us immediately. We will provide a replacement at no additional cost, excluding the shipping fee of 29.99 USD.
- Missing Products: If any items from your order are missing, please contact our customer service within 24 hours of delivery. We will investigate the matter and take appropriate action to ensure you receive the missing item.
- Restocking Fee: In the event of a refund for a damaged product or missing item, a restocking fee of 8.99% USD will be applied to the refund amount. This fee covers the costs associated with restocking and processing the return.
- Exchanges: We do not offer direct exchanges for items. However, in the case of a damaged product, we provide a replacement option at no additional cost, except for the shipping fee of 29.99 USD.
- Non-Refundable Items: Please note that items purchased from our store, other than those mentioned in the “Refunds” section above, are non-refundable. This includes items that do not meet your expectations or do not fit as desired.
